Mary Grace is a Licensed Clinical Social worker, Therapist + Guide.
She creates a safe space for you to feel seen + heard.
Her philosophy on therapy: Most everyone comes into the world with a complete set of the elements needed to have a joyous, peaceful, loving and abundant life. Through circumstances and experiences, most of us will loose access to this sense of our own basic goodness at some point. When this happens, we become vulnerable to addiction, mental illness, and sometimes physical ailments. We wander the desert far from our selves, often lonely and lacking. A good therapist is a guide who helps the wanderer find their way back to their own innate resilient whole self by joining them on the journey. The guide may teach skills to reduce harm, tolerate difficult emotions, build confidence, eventually face the challenges of the desert. They support them in becoming rooted in the lush green valley of the wanderer's best intentions for who they want to be and how they want to live in the World.
