Mary Grace is a Licensed Clinical Social worker, Therapist + Guide. She creates a safe space for you to feel seen + heard. Her philosophy on therapy: Most everyone comes into the world with a complete set of the elements needed to have a joyous, peaceful, loving and abundant life. The guide may teach skills to reduce harm, tolerate difficult emotions, build confidence, eventually face the challenges of the desert. They support them in becoming rooted in the lush green valley of the wanderer's best intentions for who they want to be and how they want to live in the World. d spiritual levels and include energy system balancing techniques, guided visualization, meditation, dream work, somatic awareness, therapeutic breathing techniques, and spirit /soul exploration to name a few.
